Newroz TV — The systematic attack by Iranian security forces against Kurdish Kolbers (Kolbers: people who carry goods across the border on their back or horseback) and tradesmen is continuing despite condemnations by United Nations Special Rapporteur for Human Rights and many human rights organizations.

According to the local sources, several days ago Iranian security forces targeted a group of Kolbers in the village of Bitush, around the city of Serdesht and severely injured one of them.

The Iranian security forces also seized the goods of these Kolbers and shot dead at least seven of their mules.

In addition, according to Hrana, on 28 January Iranian security forces shot a vehicle on high-way of Zenjan-Tebriz and severely wounded Kamran and Senar Ebduy, it’s driver and aboard, both Kurds from village of Kitaban, around the city of Selmas in Eastern Kurdistan.

According to the reports, at least 9 Kurds were killed or wounded in border areas of Eastern Kurdistan in the last 50 days by Iranian security forces.
