Newroz TV — Indictment for enmity against god was issued against a Kurdish old man, detained in Rajay-Shehre Karaj prison, by General Prosecutor of Tehran.
According to the local news, Namiq Mehmudi, 72 years old, a resident of village of Iranxah, around the city of Seqiz that have been under severe torture and detained in a cell in Rajay-Shehre Karaj prison was accused of keeping illegal arms and of waging war against GOD, (Moharebeh) by General Prosecutor of Tehran and will soon be put on trial.
Namiq Mehmudi´s left eye was injured because of severe torture by Iranian security forces and he might loss his sight.
Mehmudi, was arrested on 6 April 2011 with his three sons, Menuchehr, Behnam and Behzad and Osman Qaderi by Iranian intelligence forces in the village of Iranxah.
