AMED, Kurdish Capital, — A Kurdish political prisoner held in Amed prison set himself ablaze. The reason for his self-immolation in yet unknown but he has been taken to hospital in Ankara.
It is reported that a Kurdish political prisoner named as M Selim Narin who was held in ward D of Amed prison self-immolated last Tuesday.
According to the report 20% of his body was burned before he was taken to Amed city from he was transferred to Ankara hospital.
