EAST KURDISRAN, — Kurdish political prisoners are facing intensive pressure from the Iranian prison officers, local sources reported.
A Kurdish political prisoner named Seyed Senger is scheduled to be transferred from the prison of Sine city to Urmiye’s prison for second times.
It has been stated that Mr Senger’s family are living in Urmiye and he is originally from there. Sine is about 6 hours far from Urmiye city.
Mr Senger was arrested by the Iranian Intelligent Service on the ground of working with one of the Kurdish parties about 3 years ago. He was sentenced to death by the Revolutionary Court of Sine city on 2010; however, the verdict commuted to life sentence in high court.
