More control on the artificial borders

chiya-kurdistan_05-18-2008_220x0SINE, East of Kurdistan, – The Iranian regime has increased its control over the artificial borders of Kurdistan.

Iraj Hassanzadeh, the security and political assistant of county of Kurdistan, announced that in near future there will be a specific security zone to control people especially those working on the borders.

Their alleged purpose is to fight drug dealers in this area, however, most drugs are sent to South Kurdistan through Kirmashan borders, not Sine.

He alleged that they will supply an entry permit to some who has to pass this borders but the permit is limited. This can make problems for the people who have fields and pastors between the borders.

This also causes more unemployment and such high control over the borders has cost the life of more than 50 people over the last 6 months.
