KODAR calls on Kurdish people to take a stance against AKP fascism

In a recent statement, the Democratic and Free Society of Eastern Kurdistan (KODAR) referred to Erdogan – the President of the Republic of Turkey – as a fascist, and called on everyone to defend Northern Kurdistan (Bakur).

In the announcement, KODAR hinted that the fascism of the Republic of Turkey as well as its allies in Middle East has reached a new peak. The statement also referred to the chaotic ideology of such movements and considers them to be the cause of mass attacks and a threat against freedom-seeking peoples in Turkey, including the Kurds.

It also affirmed that up until now the Turkish attacks against Bakur and Rojava have not remained unanswered and despite committing crimes against humanity, Erdogan, as well as AKP Party, are destined to failure.

As an ethical duty and for the conscience of humanity, KODAR called for both the public support of the freedom fighters and the condemnation of Turkish fascism.

In order to destroy the roots of fascism in the region, KODAR has called on the Kurds of Rojhelat (Eastern Kurdistan) for greater solidarity and to hold the National Congress.
