There is not a fundamental difference of outlook between us and Turkey; the PKK and the PJAK are our common enemies, said Iran’s president Hassan Rouhani amid his trip to Turkey.
Before his coming back to Iran, Hassan Rouhani participated in a joint press conference with his Turkish counterpart, in which he stressed the strengthening of bilateral relations on political, cultural, and social issues.
Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the Turkish president, emphasised the needs for lessening their different views on controversial matters.
The PKK and the PJAK are the common enemies of both states, said Rouhani in a meeting he held with the Turkish premier, Ahmet Davutoğlu, according to the Turkish daily newspaper, Vatan.
Davutoğlu is reported saying that they will enhance, with all their might, a joint fight against the PKK and the PJAK.
