Kurds worldwide share the French people’s pain and sorrow. We have as the French people been victims of terrorism and lost thousands of our best men and women in the struggle for freedom and democracy against all forms of terrorism and fanaticism in the name of Islam. We will stand side by side with the French people and win the fight against terror and instead build a world with respect, equality and democracy.

Vi kurder världen över delar franska folkets smärta och sorg. Vi har som franska folket varit offer för terrorism och förlorat tusentals av våra bästa kvinnor och män i kampen för frihet och demokrati mot alla former av terrorism och fanatism i Islams namn. Vi kommer att stå sida vid sida med franska folket och vinna kampen mot terror och istället bygga en värld med respekt, jämställdhet och demokrati.
