The Iranian regime with creation of a water dam in Hewraman, wants to put the nature in the area under water.
The East Kurdistan Defense Units (YRK), warned Iranian regime that if they continue to build the water dam, they will explode the bridge close to the project.
According to ROJ NWES Agency, in Rojhelat (Eastern Kurdistan), on 10th of June 2015 at 23:00, YRK Guerrillas in the village of Silên which is within the region of Hewraman, they carried out operations and the bridge that were used close to the project were exploded. The operation were carried out after tenths of warnings were given to Iranian forces by YRK that such projects will fall into the category of war and will not be tolerated.
Several human rights organizations has carried out several demonstrations in protest to the project and has called for the stop of the project and for the area to remain like it is.
It is said that in the past few weeks the Iranian regime has placed 180000 soldiers in the regions of Hewraman and Kermaşan and all the way to Şino. Some of these forces in the past few days while they were doing military training in Bane, they have put the forests in the area on fire.
