The situation of Kurdish political woman Zeyneb Celaliyan (Zeynab Jalalian) is getting worst in Iranian regime’s prison. In one of her letters that she sent it out Celaliyan reveals that she has completely lost eyesight of one of her eyes.
In her letter she wrote: “As a 31 years old Kurdish woman, I am a political prisoner. The situation of women in prison is not good and I have lost one of my eyes under torture and suffering from various diseases. I am deprived of having lawyer and in a several minute court, they accused me that I am the enemy of god and must be executed. Before changing my sentence from execution to the life sentence, I asked to see my mother but they rejected my request and the tortured my several times. They hit my head therefore I am suffering from severe headaches, lost sight in one eye and the other one has become weaker than before, and my kidneys got infected that is why for several times I did hunger strike.
In other part of her letter Celaliyan asks Free Women Society of Eastern Kurdistan (KJAR) and civic organizations to take action for rescuing her.
It is 7 years that the Kurdish political woman prisoner Zeyneb Celaliyan under accusation of Free Life Party of Kurdistan (PJAK) membership is under severe tortures in prison. At the beginning her sentence was execution from the revolutionary court but later in court of appeals they changed it to life sentence.
