In continuing of arrests in Rojhelat (East Kurdistan), a citizen from Diwandere has been arrested. Also the pressure on Kurdish labor activists is still continuing and four members of Coordinating Committee have been tried to help Creating Labor Associations in the past few days.
According to the report of Campaign in Defense of Civil and Political Prisoners, on 19th December a citizen from Diwandere named Enwer Qureyshi has been arrested by the security forces of Iran and transferred to an unknown location.
According to a witness, the intelligence forces were beating Qureyshi while they were searching his residential house.
On the other side according to the report of Coordinating Committee to help Creating Labor Associations, after numerous pursuing of Efshin Nedimi and Mehrdad Saburi families, the court authorities of Kamyaran told them that for the freedom of these two labor activists the 140 million Toman bail has been set and they have to recourse to the court of Sine (Sanandaj).
The families of these two members of Coordinating Committee several times recourse the courts of Sine and Kamyaran but the judicial authorities had denied the existence of such a case. The judicial authorities also have put pressure on these two labor activists to resign from the committee.
At the same time according to the report of Coordinating Committee on 16th December have been tried the members of Coordinating Committee to help Creating Labor Associations Hadi Tenumend, Cemal Minashiri, Muhemed Kerimi, Qasem Mustefapur and Ibrahim Mustefapur in the first branch of revolutionary court of Mehabad.
The allegation against these labor activists were membership in the Coordinating Committee and participating in General Assembly of the Committee in 2011. These labor activists have been tried several other times before.
