25 members of Turkey sponsored paramilitaries killed in Serikani

SERIKANI, West Kurdistan, — Amid clashes between YPG (People Defence Units) and paramilitary groups sponsored by Turkey 25 militias of these groups were killed and 24 others wounded while a member of YPG lost his life and another one wounded.

Clashes broke out in Serkiani when the paramilitary groups entered the city and encountered by YPG forces on 21 November. Further skirmishes followed yesterday at around 15:00 with local time.

According to the local sources in those fighting occurred on yesterday afternoon, 25 members of paramilitary groups sponsored by Turkey were killed while 24 others wounded and 3 vehicles used by them were also destroyed. A member of YPG was killed and another one was wounded.
