Assad: We cannot help Turkey encounter PKK

al-AssadNEWSDESK, — In an interview with a Turkish news paper Syrian President Basher Assad announced, Syrian internal crises prevents us to help Turkey to encounter PKK.

Regarding the question of whether Damascus helped the PKK, he told the paper” it is not possible to encourage people oppose us while we are at war. Turkey is fighting for 30 years and it does not need our help”.

Pointing to the question of establishment of an independent Kurdistan he said” I do not believe any of our neighbouring countries will break a part, in the case of this happening , not just one country, many country will be formed as other religious groups and nationalist will demand for independent  country”.

He announced, previously when we had good relationship with Turkey   we were fighting PKK together. But now we have a crises and Turkey has more issues too, therefore we cannot help Turkey.

In relation to the UN sanctions Bashar said “they are not effective and they cannot do any harm to us”.
