BOKAN, South Kurdistan, — The Iraqi President Jalal Talabani and Kurdistan President Mesud Barzani have discussed the process of how to get Iraqi Prime Minister Noori Maliki out of office.
During the past few months tensions between Hewler and Baghdad have risen. Maliki is blamed for not working with other political parties and not implementing constitution articles.
Talabani have requested 163 votes of no confidence from other parties to be collected and he will deliver it to Iraqi parliament.
