NEWSDESK, — Human rights researchers say the 1998 Iraqi military operations known as Anfal (the spoils) was part of a campaign of genocide by the central government in Baghdad against the mainly Kurdish population of northern Iraq.
In the context of the campaign, Iraq became the first government to use chemical weapons against its own people. In this campaign 182,000 Kurd were killed.
Countries around the world went silent against this terrifying campaign. The campaign was planned for wiping out Kurdish on earth by Saddam Husen and Ali Hassan Majid Known as (Chemical Ali)
