URMIYE, — Kurdish political prisoner Mr Hebibulla Gulperipur who has been held in Urmiye prison was taken to an unknown location by the prison officials, local sources said.
According to our correspondents, Mr Gulperipur has been taken to unknown place on Thursday afternoon 15th March. No reason for his transferring is yet disclosed, but since he is on death draw, concern over the implementation of his execution is raised.
Mir Gulperipur was arrested by the Intelligent Services on 2009 on the ground of working with one of the Kurdish political parties.
He was sentenced to death on 2010 by the Iranian Revolutionary Court and his execution was confirmed by the High Court.
