NEWSDESK, — Zanyar and Luqman Muradi are two Kurdish political prisoners who are at imminent risk of execution.
The two brothers were sentenced to death on 22nd Nov 2010, with the charge of Mohareb-enmity with God- after spending nine months under cruel tortures.
They appealed against their sentence to the high court urging it to reconsider their case. However, their appeal was refused several weeks ago.
They are reportedly sent to the executions ward. In the meanwhile the intelligence service of Meriwan informed the Meriwan’s Imam to attend their execution but he refused to do so and uttered that these two brothers have not committed any crime.
