CIWANRO, — A Kurdish prisoner named Hashem Nezeri was killed under extensive tortures of the Iranian prison officials on Sunday, 28th November.
A few days before his death, Hashem was transferred to a solitary containment in the prison for investigations. He was under extensive tortures and not allowed to see his family.
On Sunday, 28th Nov, the prison officers told Hashem’s family that their son was dead because of extreme cold in prison.
However, the body of Hashem has not been given to his family and the prison officers do not allow the body to be taken for examination.
