Jamal Aliyali:
New circumstances are happening because of changes in the systems, creating new and never-before experienced ones. The substantial difference lies within the learning quality they provide, and maybe communicated technique is an important source in this. Every system grows up during a distinct period independent of its size. There are different kinds of factors within every system which influence the entire system. When the system passes its age then it will gradually be replaced by new one, often in a very painful manner. Sometimes systems are not able to develop required factors, it will then reuse some previous factors to serve the system which is an economically correct solution by itself, but might bring on a bank of quarrel too.
Anyway, I believe that the definition of the word “system” has now changed, and the roots for this change having begun in the beginning of the last century, maybe earlier. We see these rapid and explosive changes, but we cannot see those happening over a long period of time.
We saw what happened during the last few months. In reality, we have only seen a fraction of the final result depending on these new circumstances. Just imagine what other results there are that we cannot perceive! For instance, how can we explain what happened in Italy when the people themselves are criticizing their leadership? What happened in France a few years ago? What about the recent magazine affaire in the United Kingdom? Should we be able to explain hunger in some parts of Africa?
I will not discuss Greece and Spain because that has already been “judged” an effect of their economy. It is in the nature of humankind to try to discover, and judge, what is to be known. We can perhaps gather all these events under the one common name which is system.
The reality is not as clumsy as we expect. Unbelievable simplicity is a property in every reality. What we see now in the Middle East is the same that has happened frequently since long time ago. It happened in ancient Greece when the Gladiators died out, in France when the renascence was born, in Russia when the Tsar fell, in the middle of Europe when the Berlin wall fell down. Some systems try to make more yields without thinking to how and which price. It will results then in uncertainty in the system itself. Uncertainty causes fragility between the factors within system. Fragility causes fall which do really hurt. For instance do somebody know what has happened to almost 30000 prisoners which been captured during last few months in Syria? Do not worry about almost two thousands! which been killed! Does somebody know how many people have been executed in Iran during last few months?
A simple method to avoid situations such as those above is democracy where majority of the people acquire opportunity to express itself, at least by its mannish wishes which maybe grows on and switch on to implementation. Democracy is not cheap, humankind has already paid enough for it and the most interesting is that we still have to pay for it. After the terror attack in Oslo, the Norwegian prime minister said that they need more democracy, some thinkable words!
The time has been changed and it’s still continuing to change. If Goethe, Marx, Weber, Boltzmann and many other could have been allowed to talk now, they would possibly change opinion due to the new circumstances.
