STOCKHOLM, Sweden, — The Kurdish Satellite Channel, Newroz TV, broadcasting from Sweden came under intercepting attacks making it difficult for its broadcasting in the Middle East particularly in South and East Kurdistan.
“For the last few days our programmes’ broadcasting were faced with some difficulties in Middle East particularly in the South and Eastern Kurdistan,” Newroz TV report said.
“After that our viewers informed us about the difficulties and the caused interruption, our staffs sought to find out about the causing factors of the interruption,” report continued.
“After the findings we realised that an extensive intercepting attacks have been launched on our TV which directly impaired our broadcasting,” reported continued.
