Prisoners are under extreme pressure in Iran.

QAZWIN PRISON, Iran–The Human Rights advocates, Journalists, Students, conservationists and political prisoners in Iran especially Kurds are experiencing brutal and intensive pressure, which according to the sources their situation inside the prisons deteriorating on the daily basis.

As a result of the abnormal condition of the Qezwin Prison a Kurdish prisoners Mr Mahmud from northern Kurdistan suffered kidney problem. Despite having problems with his kidney Mr Mohammad have been denied medical treatment.

As a result of bad prisons conditions, and systematic ignorance of the prisoners’ conditions by the regimes officials, each year hundreds of prisoners’ dies or contracts sever disease.

It is of great importance to highlight the inefficiency of Human Rights organizations, Amnesty International and other state who are claiming to be defender of Human Rights with regard to the bad conditions of the prisons in Iran.

According to the Iranian constitution and legal system, all necessary facilities shall be provided to the prisoners, and all prisoners shall have an access to the medical treatment. However, despite that the constitutions had conferred prisoners rights, Islamic officials continuously and on the basis of different grounds breach their own constitution.
