Concern over 1120 cases on death row in Iran.

TEHRAN, Iran, — Sadiq Larejani Islamic regimes judicial chief executive submitted 1120 cases to the Iranian leader Mr Ali Khamanei. All cases concern prisoners who are on death row. It is worse to highlight that the Iranian Revolutionary High Court approved all death sentences, and they might be executed at any time.

According to the “Iraniangreenvoice” website the Iranian judiciary system are awaiting the Islamic regimes leader approval to carry the death sentence.

This letter from the Iranian Judicial chief executives indicates that the judicial system is functioning independently neither legislature nor the executive. It is in breach of Iranian constitution for the leader or an authority from other branches of the government to interfere into the each other’s system.

Most of the political prisoners who are on death row are Kurds, and they have been sentenced to death in unfair trail and in pursuance of Islamic ideological and discriminatory rules against the Kurdish Nation in Eastern Kurdistan.
