Two Turkish soldiers wounded in clashes in Mardin

Mardin- Northern Kurdistan: According to Firat News Agency at least two members of Turkish special operation team are reported wounded as a result of the clashes between Kurdish guerrillas and Turkish forces. The clashes occurred in Mazıdağı/Mardin.

 

According to the reports, the clashes erupted between Kurdish guerrillas and special operation teams which were brought in the area by helicopters from Mardin city centre.

 

Initial reports state that at least 2 special operation members were injured. Following the attack, the teams were taken away from the region by helicopters.
