A regime which relates earthquakes to the way women dress must have no credibility when it tries to link civilian activists to terrorist bombing:

Yesterday Iranian totalitarian regime hanged 5 Kurdish Human Rights observers, among them a woman, whom were convicted of Mohareba (Enemy of God). Although none of the Martyrs Kmangar, Haydarian Vakeli, Alam Hoye and Eslamian confessed on alleged charges brought against them by the Revolutionary Guards officials (Prosecutors), Shirin Alam Hoyee claimed she had confessed to the alleged charges under the torture and mistreatment of the prison guards. Ms Alam Hoyee in her last letter claimed that varies tactics and techniques have been used by the Revolutionary Guards during the interrogation, such as pills, injections, physical, mental and psychological torture.

All five with 18 more Kurdish Human Rights observers, teachers and journalists were convicted to death by the anti-human courts known as “Revolutionary Courts” on the alleged terror bombing, national security and war against God “Allah”. A regime which relates earthquakes to the way women dress must have no credibility when it tries to link civilian activists to bombings. Islamic regime continuously accused them of varies charges, such as Human trafficking, drug dealers, murderers, thugs, terrorist and unbelievers of Islam.

IRNA yesterday reported that these people were involved in bombing, which took place in Shiraz in 12 April 2008. These statements are fault because all five Kurdish Human Rights observers were arrested in 2006 and they were convicted to death by the anti-human courts in 2007, these statements are contradictory to each other, which can be regarded as obvious evidence to displays innocence of the hanged Human Rights observers. Two important factors have to be considered when analyzing yesterday’s tragedy. Firstly, external factors which are connected to the political interest of the region and some supper powers, secondly, internal factors, which are related to the internal issue and policies.

External factors:

Execution of five Kurdish human rights observes is relevant to the recent meetings between Turkey, Syria, Iran in addition to the recent inhuman conduct of Belgium government against Kurdish politicians in Europe. There are varies treaties signed and ratified among these countries and some western countries, such as United State of America against Kurds and their legitimate struggle. Anti-Kurds treaties are source of International law, all participated parties to those treaties are obliged to fulfil their obligations. What are their obligations: war against Kurds, elimination of Kurds in accordance with the Article and provisions drafted in the treaty and agreed on, for instance refers back to the Algeria Treaty in 1975 which USA was one of the key role players of it. There are several other treaties such as Baghdad, Saad Abad, and Lausanne Treaty which was codenamed “peace treaty” but peace on the expenses of the Kurds.

Broader illustration of this barbaric act is necessary and needed. It is of great mistake if we just blame Iranian regime with respect to the violation of Human Rights and committing of genocide against the Kurds. The Iranian regime would not be able to commit genocide and mass murder of Kurds without some well known western states support. For instance, western Countries by labelling free movements, self determination movements as terrorist, legitimize and justify Islamic regimes genocide and mass murder in the Iranian Kurdistan. Although 1970 Declaration on Principal of International law prevented use of force against the people of the state who are seeking their right to self determination and independence, Iranian regime with the support of regional and international powers are committing genocide against Kurds and leading a second Al-Anfal Campaign in the Iranian Kurdistan. For further information read former state department official interview Mrs Hillary Mann Leverett published under “Obama Likely to Mirror Bush’s Second Term Policy on Iran” in Democracy Now Website.

Further more; western media has commenced a campaign against the Human Rights observers by repeating the regimes alleged charges and labelling them as a member of PKK which is considered by the EU and USA as terrorist organization. These kinds of publications are in themselves illegal because the content of the material published inciting aggression and violence among Kurds and other nations in the region.

Internal factors:

Islamic barbaric regime since its emergence has always violently responded to the democratic movements throughout the Iranian territories. Adopted varies brutal methods and techniques to suppress its dissidents outside and inside the Iranian territories. One of the common methods the Islamic regime used in suppression of the people of Iran was fear and terror. As we are so close to the anniversary of the uprising after the stolen votes dispute, Islamic regime as usual attempting to spread fear and terror among the people.

Execution of five Kurdish Human Right observers in this particular period of time is a clear sign to all the Iranian people who are demanding freedom and democracy, and designed to deter opposition activists in the run-up to next month’s anniversary of last year’s disputed presidential election, in which Revolutionary Guards were succeeded in a coup. Despite the current political atmosphere, all the Iranian people throughout the globe showed their solidarity with the Kurdish people in their struggle against the regime. Execution of five Kurdish Human Rights observers paved a way for all Iranian oppositions to unite against the Islamic regime.
