SARI, Iran, — medieval style of hanging in public has continuously been carried out in Iran to spread the atmosphere of fear among the people. Two more people were executed in Sari.
According to the local sources two people charged with drug-trading were executed in the dawn time of Monday in the city of Sari in Mazenderan province.
These executions are carried out along with the international condemnation of such medieval style of punishments, which has become a commonplace in Iran.
With this case, the number of execution in Iran has raised to 189 since the beginning of the New Year.
