After uprising in Mehabad and other cities in Rojhelat (eastern Kurdistan) against killing and attempting rape of Ferînaz Xosrewanî, in Tara hotel, by Ettela’at forces approximately 200 people were detained in Mehabad, Sine (Sanandaj) and Serdaşt, sill their fate are unknown.
According to the information from their family, Ettela’at moved those people to other cities such as Urmiye and Nexede, due to lack of space in Mehabad.
Those people are under hardly tortures, as it is known by some people were released after they paid cash pledge; it is remarkable on their body.
The uprising in Mehabad, more than 30 people were injured due to conflict between regime and people. One of the injured people with name ‘Akam Talaj’ become paralysis after two operation still he is in a bad condition health.
