Two political prisoners of Ahawazi Arabs were hanged

Iranian Ettelaat Authorities announced families of Hashem Shaabani and Hadi Rashedi that they were executed three or four days ago.

According to HARANA Reporters, Human Rights Activities in Iran, Hashem Shaabani and Hadi Rashidi two cultural activists from Ramshir city whose were confirmed their death sentences by Branch 32 of the Iranian Regime Supreme Court were transferred to an undisclosed location by Ahvaz Intelligent Office from Saturday 7 Dec 2013.

On Wednesday 29 Jan Iranian Ettelaat agents announced families of Hashem Shaabaninejad and Hadi Rashedi that they were executed three or four days before and declare location of their buried later.

Hashem Shaabani Nejad was poet, blogger, teacher of Arab literature and graduate student in political science in University of Chamran Ahwaz and Hadi Rashidi was teacher of Chemistry and MSc.

Press TV networks broadcast the confessions of prisoners introduced them as members of the terrorist group known as “Al-Moghaveme Al-Shaabiye» declared that their firearms were discovered.

Earlier the prisoner’s lawyer had been in talks with HARANA: “”The two prisoners were demanding the restoration of justice and their application in the process of being addressed but in this regard has not been notified of any result us”.

Earlier, Foreign Minister and Parliament of Great Britain, Foreign Office of Germany, Norway, US Department of State, America, Europe Parliament, Special Rapporteur on human rights in Iran Ahmed Shaheed and human rights organizations such as Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch and characters such as Jim Lambert, Mary Honeyball, Charles Tannock and Cathrine Ashton have condemned the execution of these activists.

Mohammad Ali Amurinejad along with Hashem Shaabaninejad, Mokhtar Al Boshuke, Hadi Rashedi and Jaber Al Boshuke are the members of the Art-Cultural Institute “Alhewar” that have cultural activities in Ramshir (Ahwaz Province).

It is worth noting that these prisoners were on hunger strike for 28 days to protest the ruling of the Supreme Court sentence based on the death penalty.
