ANF, Silemani — In southern Kurdistan city of Silemani, an intellectual conference will be held, and with attendance of many intellectuals and famous figures and representatives of many civic organizations the commission of “Freedom for Ocalan” will be formed.
After reading the message of Kurdish national leader “Abdullah Ocalan” in Newroz in the city of “Amed”, it reflected widely in Kurdistan, abroad and international mass media. In city of Silemani also a special conference will be held about “The role of thoughts and ideas of Mr. Ocalan on the solution of the Middle East and Kurdish issues”.
Number of intellectual characters and representatives of civic organizations in city of Silemani and its vicinity in a common statement announced that they are in preparation of a special conference regarding the Newroz message of Kurdish national leader “Abdullah Ocalan” and its role on solution of the Middle East and Kurdish issues. They also stipulated this conference will be held based on three different topics.
This common statement mentions: “As we all know, Mr. Ocalan is a political leader, also he is a Kurdish philosopher and have dissertation, philosophy, and solving method for all issues of society, especially Kurdish issue which is still the main issue of the Middle East. Perhaps the message of Mr. Ocalan that was announced in Newroz were followed the wide Kurdistan, regional and universal topics.”
It is also mentioned: “We as a group of personalities and civic organizations postulate to select the dissertations and messages of Mr. Ocalan as topics of a conference as national duty in order to participate in solving the issue of our nation in the region. We saw the necessity to hold the conference based on three different axes: philosophy, political and current situation axes. Each axis also includes three sections and their own commission and one person also organize the seminar. There will be a discussion based on each one of the topic axis and for each axis two hours were allocated.”
Based on statement, the conference will be started on 18th April from 9 am in “Mem u Zin” hall of “Ser Chinar” area of Silemani city. At the end of the conference also a permanent commission will be made for supporting the international campaign of 5 million signatures for freedom of Ocalan which started in Europe and this commission will be responsible for collecting 1 million signatures for freedom of Kurdish national leader “Abdullah Ocalan”.
