PJAK: what is happening to Kurdish people in two different continents, and who is behind it

kerkuk-16-01-2013

A declaration from PJAK’s (Free Life Party of Kurdistan) Coordination Committee condemned the suicide bombing which caused hundreds of innocent lives in Kirkuk province. One wonders what is happening to Kurdish people in two different continents, and who is behind it.

The assassination of three Kurdish female activists of PKK in France, then suicide bombing in Kirkuk, the Paramilitary militia backed by Turkish government attacks on Kurds in Serekani, Western Kurdistan (Syria), Turkish air strikes on Kurdish towns in north Kurdistan, and the execution of the Kurdish political prisoners in Iran are the examples of policies in the region which all are connected to eachother as parts of a phenomena which is antagonizing Kurdish people’s demands in this transition phase. These terrors and atrocities are directed to all parts of Kurdistan, targeting our national interest. They are certainly planned to prevent the Kurds to gain their political freedom in this very sensitive stage of progress approaching our national rights.

PJAK’s declaration also mentioned in this critical moment Kurdish people are being targeted by terror, so every Kurds should be alert and ears and eyes should be open and get united in order to resist against the backers of this attacks.

PJAK expresses its deep condolences to the victims of these heinous crimes in Kirkuk province and hopes the wounded will soon recover and get back to their life.
