SINE, East of Kurdistan, – Number of Kurdish women addicted to drugs has increased by a rate of 100 per cent in Sine.
According to Mehr News Agency, General Manager of Sine province prisons revealed that the number of Kurdish women addicted to drug has increased to a large extent. He added that the figures, from people arrested in prison with the charges of drug-takings, show that women addicted to drugs are 100 per cents more.He also mentioned that the increases do not only include people with less literacy but academic people have been involved too.
There is not only a single attempt from the Iranian regime to stop such incidences in Kurdistan, rather the price of drugs are much cheaper and distributed more easily that the distributions even include the officials.
Feminist analysts believe that a society in which women have been derailed from their originality will be destroyed easily. Therefore, East of Kurdistan is at a big risk.
