SOUTH KURDISTAN, — Iraqi oil ministry has announced the cancellation of oil deal agreements between international oil companies and Kurdistan Regional Government (KGR).
The ministry has announced that they have cancelled the deal between Chevron Oil Company and ministry of natural resources in Regional Government, because the company has a deal with Kurdistan, the company is also banned to enter Iraq.
Disputes between the central government and regional government are at all times high as Baghdad demands full control of Kurdistan natural resources.
Last month Maliki contacted Obama over ExxonMobil deal with Kurdistan.
