BAHDINAN, — Reflecting on the most recent Turkish military operations in Erzurum and Batman, People’s Defense Forces Press Office (HPG-BIM) announced the death of two Turkish soldiers and the injury of three others.Guerrilla forces in Batman carried out an attack targeting two military vehicles on Gerçuş-Hasankeyf way on 15 June, said the statement and remarked that the operation launched in the area after the attack still continues.
HPG-BIM also gave information about another attack by guerrillas against a panzer vehicle on 16 June. The statement noted that the number of casualties couldn’t be determined and added that the operation in the area is expanding.
