PIRANSHAR, — Once again the Kurdish workers become the victim of state ignorance of Kurdistan. Mistefa Renas died of frosty weather while he was working in the mountains terrains.
Mistefa Renas from Delawan a village of Piranshar city was frozen while he was carrying goods on his back toiling on the mountainous landscape of Kurdistan.
Working on the border regions of Kurdistan carrying goods such as tea, crystal and toiletry into the country is causing lives of many. Dozens of workers get killed by the Iranian border guards and some others lose their lives by the harsh condition of mountains.
Kurdistan is a rich country in the natural resources but lack of investment and the state ignorance of Kurdish areas have led to widespread unemployment and poverty.
Many people including the university students who are unable to find jobs set out to the mountains endangering their lives to make living for their families by carrying goods on the backs.
