BOKAN, — An exhibition for displaying of Kurdish traditions has been opened in Bokan city and is designed to be held for more than 15 days.
The Kurdish culture and custom of the East of Kurdistan has been displayed in an exhibition in Bokan.
This exhibition was displayed by a skilful artist Osman Rehmanzade. The purpose of the display was to consider the daily life of the Kurds in eastern part of Kurdistan.
This show has also displayed the genocide of Helebce where 5000 people were killed in a chemical bombardment by Baath regime of Saddam Hussein.
Mr. Rehmanzade has displayed his sculptures for several years. He said that each year after the show his sculptures, art and his nation’s culture is forgotten by the authorities.
