MERIWAN, — Meriwan’s deputy in the Iranian Parliament regards the lakes and the lochs as the natural wealth and believes that the presidents pledges to save Meriwan Lake is not being implemented.
Eqbal Mohemmedi Meriwan’s deputy says, “Agriculture Jihad should have, in accordance to fifth development plan and the budget of year 90, invested some credits for the inter-farms roads. Nevertheless, despite the repetitive pledges such initiatives have never commenced,” Mukrian News Agency reports.
In regard to Meriwan Lake, the Kurdish MP remarked, “The presidents gave a lot of pledges to revive the Lake of Meriwan, but such pledged was never being implemented since the budgets and the credits for such a project are not given”.
