NEWSDESK, — Kurdish national leader Abdullah Ocalan has been denied of visits with lawyers and family since 27 July 2011. Turkish government is bidding to make new law to legitimise his isolation.
AKP (Justice and Development Party) Group Chair Ahmet Aydin drafted a proposal for discussion of a law that would give legal ground to the isolation of Kurdish national leader Abdullah Ocalan.
In a statement on the proposal which was brought forward to be addressed during today’s session of General Assembly of TGNA, Aydin said that the law proposal had been brought to agenda following the Consultative Board Meeting of the AKP Group Chairmanship on 17 January 2012.
Defending that the regulation also led to an expectation in the society, Aydin added that; “We want the subject to be discussed today in case of the approval of other groups.”
