PJAK: Kurds can’t be denied or annihilated

pjak_confransQENDIL, Defence Regions of Medya, — In a written statement the Kurdistan Free Life Party (PJAK) congratulates 33rd anniversary of the PKK (Kurdistan Worker Party) and emphasised that the Kurdish people have reached a level that can’t be denied or annihilated.

“It’s well evident that the emergence of the PKK marked a new stage in the struggle of the Kurdish people against occupation, injustice and the policies of denial and killings. The emergence of the PKK led by Leader Apo inspired a new hope for the people who had been silenced by the fascist approaches of the occupiers of Kurdistan. Having availed of such leadership, the Kurdish people have managed to arrive at solutions to their problems, and by applying an unprecedented struggle they have also internationalised their issue,” PJAK added in the statement.

In the announcement Kurdistan Free Life Party (PJAK) remarked, “With the help of the superpowers, the occupiers have orchestrated a multi-dimensional war against the movement aimed at thwarting or liquidating it. But what is evident is the fact that the Kurdish people have reached a level that – by no means – can be denied or annihilated. On the contrary, the Kurds push for realising their own system, reinforcing democracy and embracing freedom; and no power is capable of preventing them from doing so.”

In regard to the current phase, PJAK stated, “Without a doubt, our people are ever closer to freedom in the current susceptible stage. The responsibility for widening the freedom campaign lies on the shoulder of all the Kurdish political party and circles. The national unity and internalising of the discourse of democratic nation in all parts of Kurdistan is ever indispensible.”

At the end of the statement PJAK presents it readiness for any step to reinforce the freedom campaign and to uplift national unity.
