SINE, East of Kurdistan, — A Kurdish student named as Arman Zemani was arrested on 11th Nov, local sources reported.
Zemani was studying electrical engineering at the University of Kurdistan and was a member of the Democratic Union of Kurdish Students. He was originally from Seqiz doing his course at Sine.
During the recent months there is an excessive pressure on the Kurdish students and especially on the members of the Democratic Union.
Zemani is the seventh member of this union who was arrested in the recent months by the Intelligence service of Sine for unknown reasons. Ased Baqeri and Rehim Bacor were two other members who are still imprisoned.
