SERDESHT, — According to local sources a Kurdish worker named Muhammed Xezri was killed by the Iranian Border Guards.
He came under the gunfire of the Iranian soldiers on Sunday 30th October when he was passing Sewetal village with a group of Kurdish workers. Mr Xezri was from Gerderesh village around Serdesht city.
Many Kurdish innocent workers have been killed on the artificial borders of Kurdistan between Iran, Iraq and Turkey every year by the Iranian soldiers. “They are murdered on the charge of crossing the artificial borders to bring small quantities of goods such as banana, tea and sugar”, local people stated.
They have added that although, more than 50 workers have been killed since the beginning of the year, there have not been any investigation by the government.
The workers stated that they will have to continue doing such a work even if they lose their lives the same as the other victims, since they do not have other choices to obtain basic necessities of their lives.
The Iranian regime has criticised the Azerbaijan government for killing an Iranian Solider while killing Kurds has became a daily routine for them.
