NEWSDESK, — After 65 days of isolation, news have arrived via telegraph to lawyers from Imrali Prison where the Kurdish national leader Abdullah Ocalan and 5 other prisoners are held.
The telegram was sent by Cumali Karasu on September 22. He said in the telegram: “We are as fine as prisoners can be when held in isolation. Everybody knows how much we are being isolated from the world”, the message said.
Writing about the prevention of their communication and denial of meeting rights with their family members and lawyers, Karasu said that, “We do not know when the isolation will be lifted. Therefore we cannot write anymore.”
