Iran might invade Qendil Mountains tonight or tomorrow

iran_pasdarQENDIL, — The Iranian Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) is gearing up for a massive invasion of Qendil Mountains. They might launch offensives tonight or tomorrow.

According to the local sources, a large number of Iranian Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) under the command of Hamza Seyudil Shoda Headquarters are moving towards Dole Toye, Katman, and Doli Gheddar.

While a large number of howitzers, mortars, heavy weapons and troops have allegedly been deployed at the Seyudil Shoda Headquarters in Serdasht District, Basij militia forces of the Iranian army are reported to be progressing to the border. More than 200 military vehicles are employed in the preparation.

According to Firat News Agency it has also been claimed that the Government of Iraq has signed an agreement with the Federal Kurdistan Government and Iran on an operation extending from the Iranian border to about seven kilometres towards the Xinere-Xakurk line and five kilometres towards the Qendil line.

According to the agreement, Peshmerge under the Federal Kurdistan Public Security Forces have informed the people in some villages, which will be included within the Iranian operation area, and warned them to leave their villages in Xakurk and Xinere regions for some time.
