AMED, — According to the latest information we have received the Turkish military operations and clashes are on the increase in the Kurdish majority provinces.
Two Turkish militaries were killed and one sergeant was injured in a clash between Turkish Military Forces and the Kurdish guerrillas of HPG in the countryside of Aktutun Village in Şemdinli, a district of Hakkari late on Friday night.
Fireworks were set off at the Alişan Erol Police Centre in Kayapınar, a district of Amed (Diyarbakir). Following the attack, police detained and severely beaten up three other persons. The injured people were taken to the police headquarters of Amed.
An attack occurred during the military brigade’s dispatch from Derecik (Rubarok) town in Şemdinli, a district of Hakkari to the Federative Kurdistan Region border early on Friday.
According to ANF, Turkish Military operations in Lice, a district of Amed, are continuing since the HPG kidnapped three persons, including two militaries, a week ago.
At least one military was killed and four others were injured following an explosion in Nurhak, a district of Kahramanmaraş, yesterday. The injured combatants have been brought to the Elbistan State Hospital for treatment. Other two injured soldiers were taken to Nurhak State Hospital.
