KAMYARAN, East Kurdistan, — In defiance to the growth of Kurdish literatures the Iranian retrograde regime closed down Kamyaran’s Public Library although it had 7,000 members.
According to Mukryan News Agency, Kamyaran’s Public Library was closed down when the city’s judiciary ordered its closure.
The rationale for the shutting down is undisclosed and nothing is being published in this regard.
The Kamyaran’s Public Library was established in 1973 and enclosed more than 12,000 volumes of books and 7,000 members.
