The statement reads as follow:
For the public opinion:
Four staffs of the Environment Protection Agency of Sine district were killed in a mysterious way on Friday 4th March.
The killing of these four in the vicinity of the Saint Ali’s Garrison of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps in the village of Doshan, raises further doubts about the killing. The propagandistic institutions of the Islamic Republic of Iran endeavoured to place links between this killings with the responsive operation of HRK (East Kurdistan Forces) which carried out in Meriwan in 20th February.
It happened while, after the HRK’s operation against the Special Forces who were moving down from other cities to South Kurdistan to suppress the popular mass uprisings, two Kurdish soldier were also killed in a mysterious way on the costume-border of Bashmaq region.
To mislead the public opinion, the Iranian regime buried the two Kurdish soldiers as the victims of Meriwan operation of HRK forces, and initiated a broad propaganda in this respect.
The complete militarisation of the Islamic Republic of Iran and its fears from the Kurdish democratic struggle has had a direct impact on the government in Kurdistan. The government has rendered Kurdistan as the centre of it militaristic conducts and it could be claimed that a military regime is in place in Kurdistan. The generation of such atmosphere in Kurdistan is aimed for the political purposes, emanated from the regime, and is seen as a starting point for the implementation of military regime throughout Iran.
Since 2006 the Iranian Islamic Regime has brought an anti-PJAK project into its agenda. In its fight against PJAK, it has carried out a range of constant and systematic activities including; the Hiwa Tab crimes, Mahabad bombing and extra-judicial killing throughout Kurdistan last example of which is the killing of the four staffs of Environment Protection Agency. The regime’s propagandistic war following these instances, all exposes its anti-PJAK’s projects in a wider dimension.
Having noticed the appalling danger behind this project and it’s consequences for the Iranian democratic struggles and for the purpose of the exhumation of all the dark side of the regime’s misdeeds carried out within that project, we have embarked on a course of investigation in this respect and will expose our findings to the public opinion in the future.
We declare the killing of the four staff of Environment Protection Agency in Sine as a terrorist act, and we do strongly condemn such a savage deeds. We also condemn the efforts of some of the abroad media who seek to affiliate such activities with our organisation aimed at fabricating a terrorist image for the Kurdish resistance movement; we see these kinds of efforts as irresponsible and against the democratic struggle of Iranian people.
