ALEPPO, Western Kurdistan, — According to Syrian Committee for Human Rights (MAD) and Kurdish Organization for Defending Human Rights and Public Freedoms in Syria (DAD) the individual military judge in Aleppo considered the case no. 7108 of 2010 on 2 December 2010 in relation to:
- Abdullah Mohammed Mesko, born 1987
- Subhi Osman Burkel, born 1965
- Khalil Musto, born 1990
- Fayek Mohamed Nebi, born 1971
- Aziz Burkel Khalil, born 1962
- Bozan Abdelkader Bozan, born 1958
in accordance with Article 307 of the Syrian General Penal Code. The men were sentenced to six months in prison. These people were arrested on 14 February 2010 by the political security in Aleppo, and were released by the military prosecutor in Aleppo on 14 August 2010, and so they have finished their sentences.
