TEHRAN, Iran–Despite the international and national protest against the capital punishment in Iran, constantly Iranian revolutionary courts sentence its dissents to death.
According to the local news source 19 years old Mr Ibrahim Hamidi was sentenced to death by the Tehran’s revolutionary court, Branch 113.
His appeal to the revolutionary Supreme Court was dismissed and the death sentence was upheld by the Branch 27 of the revolutionary Supreme Court.
According to the same local news source since last few months more than 100 people have been executed in Wakil Abadi prison in Mashhad city. Last Wednesday 68 people were executed on the grounds of varies charges in the same prison.
