President of confederation of Kurdish association (KonKurd) released.

VENICE, Italy–President of confederation of Kurdish association (KonKurd) Nizamatin Toguc was temporarily released by the Italian court of appeal in Venice.

Mr Toguc highlights the reasons behind his arrests, and he states that it was politically motivated arrest, which could be assumed that the Italian Prime Minister Mr Silvio made a favoured to his counter partner Turkish Prime Minister Mr Erdogan.

European States have close relationship with the Turkish government, and because of their political, economic and global policies constantly breach their own law, and arbitrary arrests previous Kurdish Members of Parliament who was elected democratically, and then later was allegedly accused of involvement in terrorist acts.

It is worth to mention that Mr Nizamatin was insisting on Kurdish basic rights in Turkish parliament with his colloquies in 1990. The question that the people should ask themselves about the term of (Terrorist) which is used arbitrary by the states and commonly by the US governments is, whether it has ever had legal notion or it is politically motivated and in some occasions used unlawfully.

International law and Human Rights conventions confer rights on people to demand self determination and independency. EU and US, however, do not comply with the International treaties which themselves are signatory of it.
