Since the outset of decades-old Turkish imposing conflict in Southeast, more than 40,000 innocent civilians, mostly Kurdish women and children, have so far been the victims of coldblooded genocide.
Turkish military has stepped up its indiscriminate attacks against Kurdish civilians, carrying out contemptible war crimes. Turkish army is contravening all international conventions, laws and protocols pertaining to the rights of civilians in war, prisoners of war and enemy combatants.
Numerous pictures and evidences have been retrieved by independent media, depicting Turkish troops mutilating, beheading, burning, chopping, suffocating, urinating on and raping Kurdish female rebels. Families of the victims are denied proper burial.
Turkish military has no regret for the loss of civilians’ lives. It is resorting to every internationally-denounced, unlawful method, including extreme violence, cruel treatment, physical or mental torture, forced confessions; sentencing and execution of detainees without judgment and standard judicial guarantees. These violations are in total contradiction of Geneva Convention principles on prisoners of war.
Hundreds of farmers have been arbitrarily rounded up and kept in solitary confinement cells in covert military camps on the border for interrogation. The sick and wounded civilians and combatants are withheld from treatment.
The situation is tense and thousands have been dislodged as a result.
2 British reporters were arrested, but released immediately later. Reporters have been warned and banned from entering the region to cover conflict stories.
Chemical and phosphorus bombs have been employed by Turkish Army against Kurdish rebels, According to some Kurdish media outlets.
Turkish Air Force has been pounding North of Iraq for eighteen executive days.

Turkish military is in breach of Article 1, 2, 3 of the United Nations Convention against Torture, article 5 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, article 7 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, Article 3, 17 of the 1949 Geneva Conventions, Article 1 of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) and various other international treaties.
Turkish military holds huge stockpiles of different forms of prosperous, chemical and biological weapons. United States, European Union, United Nation are beseeched to inspect Turkey’s growing development, production, stockpiling and use of unauthorized weapons of mass destruction as well as intervene in the ongoing war crimes being carried out by Turkish Army.
