Poverty makes the Iranian hospitals the prison of corpses

Poverty and penury in Iran especially in Kurdish regions put people’s lives in an extremely hard situation due to the wrong politics by illiterate and dictator politicians.

Many people particularly those who don’t have any power in the country, are facing with lots of problems each day, since unemployment effects all parts of their lives. In conjunction to this, even hospitals are become as a prison for people who are in poverty.

Accordingly, the corps of Mohammad Rehimi has been kept in Seqez hospital, a city in East of Kurdistan because of unpaid fees to hospital.

His death was the result of brain attack. Today the 10th of Jun is 6 days that his corpse has not given to his family, since Mohammad’s family is very poor and they have demanded for 6 million tomans (Iranian currency) by hospital authorities.

It’s worth pointing out that hundreds of people in Iran lose their lives every year because of poverty and inability to visit doctors and buy medicines.
