Aziz Mohamedzade who was sentenced to death has been disappeared for a quite while. The Iranian authorities have been talking about his release yet his family have no news about him.
The campaign for freedom of the political prisoners had last week announced that the heath condition of the M. Mohamedzade was deteriorated. The campaign also claimed that Mr. Mohamedzade has not confessed to any of the charges he has been given.
According to the report Mr Mohamedzade launched a hunger strike while he was held in a detention in the city of Seqiz. He was then transferred to a solitary condiment in the Intelligence Service where he has reported to probably been killed under torture.
Mr. Aziz Mohamedzade is 26 years old and from the city of Bane. He was arrested in 13th October 2009 in his home town and after a continuous set of torture that lasted for three months he was transferred to a detention in the city of Seqiz.
It should be pointed out that Mr. Mohamedzade has to right to have a lawyer to defend him.
